How do I choose the right size?

Simply check the size chart for each model. If you want a more accurate fit, please choose your size based on your body measurements.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. We offer a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.

Is it possible to inspect the product before receiving it?

According to the Consumer Protection regulations in Egypt, you may inspect the product and its materials upon delivery. Please note that wearing or trying on the product is not permitted, as it is a body-contact item, in order to comply with health and safety standards.

What if the size doesn’t fit me?

We recommend you carefully review our size guide before ordering.

If the product does not fit, please do not attempt to wear it again.

Shipping Fees Policy

Enjoy free shipping on orders upon confirmed delivery. If the order is not delivered, the customer must pay a shipping fee of 100 EGP.

Areas excluded from free shipping:

- Upper Egypt
- Red Sea Governorates
- North Coast Cities

Shipping fees are determined according to the rates set by shipping companies in your city.

Can I Resize / modify something about the corset after purchasing it?

After using the Snella corset for a while, your body measurements will become smaller, and we know this gives you a wonderful feeling of happiness.

Therefore, we welcome all our clients' requests for corset tightening or any other adjustments.

Modifications Policy:

- The client must inform us of the requested alterations, Modifications and other adjustments.

- The item is picked up through shipping companies.

- The cost of any required modifications is determined by the Production and Quality Management Department.

- Our technical team may need to measure the perimeters accurately, so the customer should inform us of them when requesting.

- The customer is notified of the cost and sent an online invoice for prepayment.

- The entire process, including shipping, inspection, modifications, deep cleaning, complete product sterilization, and delivery to the customer, takes 15 to 20 business days.
